No Part available for Repair - Need a left rear rail assembly for 2016 Cadillac SRX


We leased a 2016 Cadillac SRX in July 2016. Our car was rear-ended on August 27 and sustained major damage. The collision facility has been trying to obtain a necessary part from GMAC since this time. They have been promised shipments at least six times but as of today have not yet been able to get this part. It has been 3 months now and there is no end in sight. We don't understand why this part can't be produced and shipped to the repair facility. We are very unhappy with GMAC and all of their excuses about this part not being available.
